sec.447 Unfinished appeals about refusal to approve particular dealing
This section applies if, before the commencement— a person started an appeal under section 397 in relation to a refusal to approve an assessable transfer under former section 353; and the Land Court had not yet decided the appeal. The Land Court may continue, under chapter 6, part 3, to grant a stay of the decision being appealed, and hear and decide the appeal. s 447 ins 2012 No. 20 s 152 (sec.447-ssec.1) This section applies if, before the commencement— a person started an appeal under section 397 in relation to a refusal to approve an assessable transfer under former section 353; and the Land Court had not yet decided the appeal. (sec.447-ssec.2) The Land Court may continue, under chapter 6, part 3, to grant a stay of the decision being appealed, and hear and decide the appeal.
