sec.445 Deciding applications for approval of assessable transfers until commencement of particular provisions

This section applies until the commencement of the Environmental Protection Act 1994 , chapter 5A , part 4 as inserted by the Environmental Protection (Greentape Reduction) and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2012 . Former section 353(2)(a) continues in force instead of section 354(4)(b), as inserted by the amending Act, for deciding whether to give an approval of an assessable transfer. s 445 ins 2012 No. 20 s 152 (sec.445-ssec.1) This section applies until the commencement of the Environmental Protection Act 1994 , chapter 5A , part 4 as inserted by the Environmental Protection (Greentape Reduction) and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2012 .
