sec.406 Other evidentiary aids

A certificate purporting to be signed by the chief executive stating any of the following matters is evidence of the matter— that a stated document of any of the following types is a document given, issued, kept or made under this Act— an appointment, approval or decision; a direction, notice or requirement; a GHG authority; a report; another record; that a stated document is a register kept under the Common Provisions Act ; that a stated document is another document kept under this Act; that a stated document is a copy of, or an extract from or part of, a thing mentioned in paragraph (a) or (b) ; that on a stated day— a stated person was given a stated decision, direction or notice under this Act; or a stated requirement under this Act was made of a stated person; that on a stated day or during a stated period a GHG authority— was or was not in force; or was or was not subject to a stated condition; or was or was not cancelled; that a stated amount is payable under this Act by a stated person and has not been paid; that a stated address for the holder of a GHG authority is the last address of the holder known to the Minister or the chief executive. s 406 amd 2010 No. 31 s 408 sch 2 pt 1 ; 2014 No. 47 s 338

• (d) that on a stated day— (i) a stated person was given a stated decision, direction or notice under this Act; or (ii) a stated requirement under this Act was made of a stated person;
• (i) a stated person was given a stated decision, direction or notice under this Act; or
• (ii) a stated requirement under this Act was made of a stated person;
• (e) that on a stated day or during a stated period a GHG authority— (i) was or was not in force; or (ii) was or was not subject to a stated condition; or (iii) was or was not cancelled;
• (i) was or was not in force; or
• (ii) was or was not subject to a stated condition; or
• (iii) was or was not cancelled;
