sec.391 Restriction on changing surface of pipeline land for a GHG tenure
A person must not change the surface of pipeline land for a GHG tenure in a way that changes or may cause a change to the depth of burial of a pipeline unless— the GHG tenure holder consents; or the change is necessary to preserve life or property because of a dangerous situation or emergency that exists or may exist; or the change is a change to a public road by or for its public road authority; or the person has a reasonable excuse. Maximum penalty—500 penalty units.
