sec.387 GHG tenure holder’s measurement obligations
The holder of a GHG tenure must ensure— GHG streams used for GHG stream storage in the GHG tenure’s area are measured by a meter; and the meter complies with any requirements prescribed under a regulation; and the measurement is made at the times and in the way prescribed under a regulation. Maximum penalty—500 penalty units.
- (a) GHG streams used for GHG stream storage in the GHG tenure’s area are measured by a meter; and
