sec.376 Joint and several liability for conditions and for debts to State
If more than 1 person holds a GHG authority each holder is jointly and severally— responsible for complying with its conditions; and liable for all debts payable under this Act and unpaid by the GHG authority holder to the State.
- (a) responsible for complying with its conditions; and
- (b) liable for all debts payable under this Act and unpaid by the GHG authority holder to the State.
