sec.368 Powers under P&G Act not affected
To remove any doubt, it is declared that this part does not limit— the power to give a compliance direction or a dangerous situation direction under the P&G Act ; or another power under the P&G Act safety provisions or chapter 10 of that Act.
- (a) the power to give a compliance direction or a dangerous situation direction under the P&G Act ; or
