sec.35A Rejection of tender if tenderer disqualified
The Minister must reject a tender for a GHG permit if the Minister decides the tenderer is disqualified under the Common Provisions Act , chapter 7 from being granted the GHG permit. On rejection of the tender, the Minister must give the tenderer a notice about the decision. s 35A ins 2020 No. 14 s 46 (sec.35A-ssec.1) The Minister must reject a tender for a GHG permit if the Minister decides the tenderer is disqualified under the Common Provisions Act , chapter 7 from being granted the GHG permit. (sec.35A-ssec.2) On rejection of the tender, the Minister must give the tenderer a notice about the decision.
