sec.34 Right to tender
An eligible person may by a tender made under section 35 , tender for a proposed GHG permit the subject of a call for tenders. However, a tender can not be made— after the closing time for the call; or for only part of the proposed GHG permit’s area. s 34 amd 2011 No. 2 s 62 (sec.34-ssec.1) An eligible person may by a tender made under section 35 , tender for a proposed GHG permit the subject of a call for tenders. (sec.34-ssec.2) However, a tender can not be made— after the closing time for the call; or for only part of the proposed GHG permit’s area.
- (a) after the closing time for the call; or
- (b) for only part of the proposed GHG permit’s area.
