sec.332 Obligation to survey if Minister requires
The Minister may by notice to the holder of a GHG authority require the holder to survey or resurvey its area within a stated reasonable period. The holder must cause the survey or resurvey to be carried out by a person registered as a cadastral surveyor under the Surveyors Act 2003 . The holder must pay any costs incurred in complying with the notice. (sec.332-ssec.1) The Minister may by notice to the holder of a GHG authority require the holder to survey or resurvey its area within a stated reasonable period.
