sec.33 Call for tenders
The Minister may by gazette notice invite tenders for a GHG permit (a call for tenders ) for land other than unavailable land for a GHG permit. The call must state— the day and time by which tenders in response to it must be made (the closing time for the call); and any criteria ( special criteria ) other than the work program criteria and capability criteria proposed to be used to decide whether to grant the GHG permit or to decide its provisions.
