sec.265 Application of div 2
This division applies to the following wells in the area of a GHG tenure— a GHG well drilled by or for the GHG tenure holder; a well that is or has been a petroleum well for which the holder has, under the 1923 Act , section 75U or the P&G Act , section 292 , assumed responsibility. s 265 amd 2010 No. 31 s 511
- (a) a GHG well drilled by or for the GHG tenure holder;
