sec.263 Former petroleum wells assumed by GHG tenure holder
If, under the 1923 Act , section 75U or the P&G Act , section 292 , a GHG tenure holder assumes responsibility for a well, this Act applies to the holder in relation to the well as if it were a GHG well. s 263 amd 2010 No. 31 s 510
