sec.260 Meaning of required information
The required information , for a GHG authority, is information (in any form) about authorised activities carried out under the authority that the authority holder has given under this Act, including for example— a sample; and data and other things mentioned in section 257 (2) . s 260 amd 2024 No. 33 s 183 s ch 1 pt 2
- (a) a sample; and
- (b) data and other things mentioned in section 257 (2) .
