sec.201 Resource management decision
The Minister must make a decision (the resource management decision ) about whether— to grant the GHG lease application; or to give any overlapping authority priority for all or part of the relevant land; or not to grant the GHG lease application and not to give any overlapping authority priority for any of the relevant land. s 201 sub 2012 No. 20 s 125 sch 1
- (a) to grant the GHG lease application; or
- (b) to give any overlapping authority priority for all or part of the relevant land; or
- (c) not to grant the GHG lease application and not to give any overlapping authority priority for any of the relevant land.
