sec.20 What are the conditions of a GHG authority
The conditions of a GHG authority are— the conditions stated in it from time to time; and the GHG authority holder’s obligations under chapters 2 to 5 ; and any condition of the GHG authority under chapters 2 to 5 ; and a condition that the holder must ensure each person acting for the holder who carries out an authorised activity for the GHG authority complies with its conditions to the extent they apply to the carrying out of the activity. For who may carry out an authorised activity for the holder, see section 338 (Who may carry out authorised activity for GHG authority holder). A condition mentioned in subsection (1) (b) or (c) is a mandatory condition of the GHG authority. (sec.20-ssec.1) The conditions of a GHG authority are— the conditions stated in it from time to time; and the GHG authority holder’s obligations under chapters 2 to 5 ; and any condition of the GHG authority under chapters 2 to 5 ; and a condition that the holder must ensure each person acting for the holder who carries out an authorised activity for the GHG authority complies with its conditions to the extent they apply to the carrying out of the activity.
