sec.198 Applicant’s information obligation
The applicant must within 10 business days after making the GHG lease application give the overlapping authority holder a copy of the application other than any part of the application relating to the capability criteria. If the Minister is reasonably satisfied the applicant has not complied with subsection (1) , the Minister may refuse the application.
