sec.192 Amendment or cancellation by parties to arrangement
A GHG coordination arrangement may be amended or cancelled by the parties to the arrangement only with the Minister’s approval. A purported amendment or cancellation of a GHG coordination arrangement by the parties to it has no effect unless it complies with subsection (1) . (sec.192-ssec.1) A GHG coordination arrangement may be amended or cancelled by the parties to the arrangement only with the Minister’s approval.
