sec.187 Other provisions about and effect of GHG coordination arrangement
A GHG coordination arrangement may— be for any term; and have more than 2 relevant leases; and be included in, or form part of, a coordination arrangement under the P&G Act or a geothermal coordination arrangement under the Geothermal Act . A person other than the holder or proposed holder of a relevant lease may also be a party to the arrangement. A proposed GHG coordination arrangement has no effect unless it is approved by the Minister under section 189 . s 187 amd 2010 No. 31 s 504 (sec.187-ssec.1) A GHG coordination arrangement may— be for any term; and have more than 2 relevant leases; and be included in, or form part of, a coordination arrangement under the P&G Act or a geothermal coordination arrangement under the Geothermal Act . (sec.187-ssec.2) A person other than the holder or proposed holder of a relevant lease may also be a party to the arrangement. (sec.187-ssec.3) A proposed GHG coordination arrangement has no effect unless it is approved by the Minister under section 189 .
