sec.185 Relationship with other resource Acts and overlapping resource authorities
Subject to the other provisions of this chapter and chapters 2 , 3 and 5 , another resource Act or an authority, tenement or tenure under a resource Act does not limit or otherwise affect— the power under this Act to grant a GHG authority over land in the area of an overlapping authority for the proposed GHG authority; or the carrying out of authorised activities for a GHG authority. s 185 amd 2010 No. 31 s 502 sch 2 pt 4
- (a) the power under this Act to grant a GHG authority over land in the area of an overlapping authority for the proposed GHG authority; or
- (b) the carrying out of authorised activities for a GHG authority.
