sec.174 When surrender is permitted
A GHG lease holder may surrender the lease only if, under this part— an application (a surrender application ) has been made for approval of the surrender; and the surrender has been approved.
- (a) an application (a surrender application ) has been made for approval of the surrender; and
- (b) the surrender has been approved.
