sec.157 Applying for approval to amend
A GHG lease holder may apply for approval to amend the development plan for the lease. The application must be— made to the Minister in the approved form; and accompanied by the fee prescribed under a regulation. s 157 amd 2010 No. 31 s 408 sch 2 pt 1 (sec.157-ssec.1) A GHG lease holder may apply for approval to amend the development plan for the lease.
