sec.152 Application of div 5
This division applies if— under this Act, a proposed later development plan is given to the Minister for approval; or the Minister is considering an application under section 188 for approval of a proposed GHG coordination arrangement.
- (a) under this Act, a proposed later development plan is given to the Minister for approval; or
- (b) the Minister is considering an application under section 188 for approval of a proposed GHG coordination arrangement.
