sec.149 Referral to Water Act Minister
The Minister can not approve the proposed plan unless— the Minister has given the Water Act Minister a copy of the proposed plan; and the Water Act Minister has approved the proposed development plan to the extent it relates to potential groundwater issues.
- (a) the Minister has given the Water Act Minister a copy of the proposed plan; and
- (b) the Water Act Minister has approved the proposed development plan to the extent it relates to potential groundwater issues.
