sec.147 Criteria for decision
In deciding whether to approve a proposed development plan the Minister must consider— the potential of the area of the proposed GHG lease for GHG stream storage and related activities; and the nature and extent of the activities and when and where they are proposed to be carried out; and whether GHG stream storage under the GHG lease will be optimised in the best interests of the State; and the nature and extent of water disposal and treatment activities; and any relevant authorisation required under the Water Act . The matters mentioned in subsection (1) are the development plan criteria . (sec.147-ssec.1) In deciding whether to approve a proposed development plan the Minister must consider— the potential of the area of the proposed GHG lease for GHG stream storage and related activities; and the nature and extent of the activities and when and where they are proposed to be carried out; and whether GHG stream storage under the GHG lease will be optimised in the best interests of the State; and the nature and extent of water disposal and treatment activities; and any relevant authorisation required under the Water Act .
