sec.146 Plan period
The proposed plan must state its period. If the proposed plan relates to a tender, the period must be the same as the required period under the relevant call for tenders. If the proposed plan relates to a permit-related application, the period must not be longer than 5 years from when the proposed GHG lease is to take effect. (sec.146-ssec.1) The proposed plan must state its period.
