sec.126 Right to tender
An eligible person may tender for a proposed GHG lease the subject of a call for tenders. However, a tender— must comply with the requirements under section 114 for making a permit-related application; and must be made to the Minister in the approved form; and can not be made— after the closing time for the call; or for only part of the area of the proposed GHG lease. s 126 amd 2011 No. 2 s 63 (sec.126-ssec.1) An eligible person may tender for a proposed GHG lease the subject of a call for tenders. (sec.126-ssec.2) However, a tender— must comply with the requirements under section 114 for making a permit-related application; and must be made to the Minister in the approved form; and can not be made— after the closing time for the call; or for only part of the area of the proposed GHG lease.
