sec.115 Rejection of permit-related application if applicant disqualified
The Minister must reject a permit-related application for a GHG lease if the Minister decides the person making the application is disqualified under the Common Provisions Act , chapter 7 from being granted the GHG lease. On rejection of the application, the Minister must give the person making the application a notice about the decision. s 115 prev s 115 om 2010 No. 31 s 416 pres s 115 ins 2020 No. 14 s 48 (sec.115-ssec.1) The Minister must reject a permit-related application for a GHG lease if the Minister decides the person making the application is disqualified under the Common Provisions Act , chapter 7 from being granted the GHG lease. (sec.115-ssec.2) On rejection of the application, the Minister must give the person making the application a notice about the decision.
