sec.113 Who may apply
A GHG permit holder may apply for a GHG lease over all or part of the permit’s area. For inclusion of acquired land that was previously in the GHG permit’s area, see section 369C (3) . Also, a person other than the holder may apply for the GHG lease— jointly with the holder; or with the holder’s consent. An application under this section is a permit-related application . s 113 amd 2012 No. 20 s 34 (sec.113-ssec.1) A GHG permit holder may apply for a GHG lease over all or part of the permit’s area.
