sec.105 Potential storage area still part of GHG permit
A declaration of a potential storage area does not change the land the subject of the declaration from being— part of the area of the GHG permit the subject of the application for the declaration; and subject to the GHG permit.
- (a) part of the area of the GHG permit the subject of the application for the declaration; and
- (b) subject to the GHG permit.
