sec.103 Inclusion of evaluation program in work program
If the declaration is made, the evaluation program that accompanied the application is taken to be an additional part of the existing work program for the GHG permit. If there is an inconsistency between the evaluation program and the rest of the work program, the evaluation program prevails to the extent of the inconsistency.
