275 Remedy of failure to comply with improvement notice

(1) If the holder of an authority fails to comply with an improvement notice, the Minister or the Environment Protection Authority may do anything that should have been done by the holder of the authority to comply with the notice.

(2) The costs and expenses incurred by the Minister or the Environment Protection Authority in doing anything under subsection (1) are a debt due by the person to the State.
