272 Form of notices

In issuing an improvement or prohibition notice, the Minister or the Environment Protection Authority (as the case may be) must ensure that the notice—

(a) specifies the grounds on which it was issued; and

(b) sets out the right of the holder of the authority to have the notice reviewed under this Division.
