45Conditions

#### 45 Conditions (1) The GEMS Regulator may impose conditions on a model’s registration in relation to a product class at any time by written notice given to the registrant. > Note: The registrant is taken to have been given a notice under this Act if the notice is given to a contact person for the registration (see section 68). (1A) A condition of the model’s registration must be reasonably appropriate and adapted to giving effect to the purposes of this Act. (2) The registrant must comply with a condition of the model’s registration. > Note: The model’s registration may be suspended or cancelled if the registrant breaches a condition of the registration (see sections 49 and 54).
