176Review of operation of this Act

#### 176 Review of operation of this Act (1) The Minister must cause an independent review of the operation of this Act to be undertaken as soon as possible after: (a) the fifth anniversary of the commencement of this section; and (b) each tenth anniversary of the day referred to in paragraph (a). (2) The review must be undertaken by persons who: (a) in the Minister’s opinion possess appropriate qualifications to undertake the review; and (b) include one or more persons who are not APS employees. (3) The persons who undertake the review must give the Minister a written report of the review. (4) The Minister must cause a copy of the report of the review: (a) to be tabled in each House of the Parliament within 15 sitting days of the day on which the report is given to the Minister; and (b) to be given to each participating jurisdiction.
