#### 122 Meaning of person who has GEMS information A person is a person who has GEMS information if the GEMS Regulator believes, on reasonable grounds, that the person is capable of giving information, or producing a document, relevant for the purposes of investigating or preventing: (a) a possible contravention of a provision of this Act; or (b) a possible offence against this Act, or against the Crimes Act 1914 or the Criminal Code that relates to this Act. > Note: The expression this Act has an extended meaning (see the Dictionary in section 5).
