Division 7—Driving on a closed street 8.14 No driving on closed street (1) A person must not drive or take a vehicle on a closed street unless— (a) it is in accordance with any limit or exception specified in the order made under section 3.50 of the Act; or (b) the person has first obtained a permit.
40 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 5 January 2021 (2) In this clause— closed street means a thoroughfare wholly or partially closed under section 3.50 or 3.50A of the Act.
