89EAdditional information

#### 89E Additional information (1) For the purpose of assessing an application for accreditation of a TUMRA, the Authority may, in writing, request the applicant or applicants who lodged the application (the relevant applicant) to give to the Authority specified additional information or a specified additional document. (2) The relevant applicant must provide the additional information or document within the period of 20 business days after the day the Authority gives the request to the relevant applicant. (3) The Authority may, before the expiration of the period of 20 business days, extend the period by notice in writing given to the relevant applicant. (4) The application is taken to have been withdrawn at the end of the period of 20 business days, or the longer period allowed by the Authority, as the case may be, if the relevant applicant does not provide the additional information or document.
