#### 88ZW Requirement to produce permission for inspection (1) A person commits an offence if: (a) the person holds a permission; and (b) the person engages in conduct in the Marine Park; and (c) the Authority, or an inspector performing functions under the Act, requests the person to produce a copy of the permission; and (d) the person does not produce the permission to the Authority or inspector. Penalty: 50 penalty units. (2) An offence against subregulation (1) is an offence of strict liability. (3) In this regulation, permission includes an authority given under the permission and an authorisation attached to the permission.
