#### 88ZD Commencement of special permissions (1) Subject to subregulations (2), (3) and (4), a special permission does not come into force until the end of a 70 business day period commencing on the day that the Authority decides to grant the permission. (2) If: (a) the Authority grants a special permission; and (b) a request for reconsideration, in accordance with subregulation 185(8), has not been made in relation to the Authority’s decision to grant the permission; the permission comes into force on the day after the end of the period in which a request for reconsideration of the decision must be made under subregulation 185(8). (3) If the Authority grants an application under regulation 88A to replace a special permission with a permission (the new permission) of the same kind, the new permission comes into force on the day it is granted, or such later date as is specified by the Authority in the permission. (4) If the Authority approves the transfer of a special permission (the transferred permission) under regulation 88ZK, the transferred permission comes into force on the day the transfer is approved, or such later date as is specified by the Authority in the approval.
