#### 88ZA Form of permission A permission issued by the Authority must be in writing and must specify the following: (a) if the permission is issued to an individual—the name of the person or persons to whom the permission is issued; (b) if the permission is issued to a body corporate—the name of the body corporate and, if available, the ABN or ACN of the body corporate, as appropriate; (c) the conduct that the person is authorised to engage in; (d) the date the permission is granted and, if different, the date the permission comes into force; (e) the date the permission expires; (f) the conditions subject to which the permission is granted; (g) whether the permission allows the holder to grant authorities under the permission.
