#### 88PF Dealing with response to publication of information and advertisement (1) The PIP terms may also provide for dealing with: (a) any comments received in response to any of the actions described in paragraphs 88PE(1)(a) and (b) and subregulation 88PE(4); or (b) the fact that no such comments are received. (2) If the PIP terms do not make such provision in relation to such comments, the applicant must: (a) deal with any such comments by addressing them in a document given to the Authority; or (b) deal with the fact that no such comments are received by stating in a document given to the Authority that there were no such comments.
