#### 88PA Application of this Subdivision This Subdivision applies if the Authority has received an application for a permission and either: (a) the Authority has decided under regulation 88AA that the application was made in accordance with regulation 88A; or (b) all of the following apply: (i) the application is a continuation application; (ii) the Authority decided under regulation 88AA that the application was not made in accordance with regulation 88A; (iii) the matters indicated in the notice of the decision were rectified within 30 business days from the day stated in the notice.
