68 Extension and revocation of designation
(1) The Authority may at any time, by notice published in the Gazette, revoke a designation under regulation 67. (2) Before the designation expires, the Authority may, by notice in the Gazette, extend the designation for a further period mentioned in the notice, being a period of not more than 60 days.
