#### 58 Public Appreciation SMAs (other than Whitsundays Public Appreciation SMA)—special management provisions (1) Subject to Part 5 (Additional purposes for use or entry) of the Zoning Plan, a Public Appreciation SMA (other than the Whitsundays Public Appreciation SMA) must not be used or entered for any of the following purposes: (a) limited spearfishing; (b) the conduct of a harvest fishery; (c) subject to subregulation (2), aquaculture operations. (2) Paragraph (1)(c) does not apply to the Fitzroy Island Reef (CP‑16‑4039) Public Appreciation SMA.
