#### 55 Australian Institute of Marine Science Restricted Access SMA—exceptions to special management provision The Australian Institute of Marine Science, or a person acting with its approval, may enter the Australian Institute of Marine Science Restricted Access SMA for the purpose of an activity associated with the operation of the research station, being an activity: (a) for which permission would not, but for regulation 53, be required under Part 2 of the Zoning Plan; or (b) for which the Institute already holds the written permission of the Authority.
