#### 4 Pilots—prescribed law for the purposes of subsection 3(1) For the purposes of paragraph (b) of the definition of pilot in subsection 3(1) of the Act, the following laws are prescribed: (a) Navigation Act 1912; (b) the Transport Operations (Marine Safety) Act 1994 of Queensland.
