30 Queensland fisheries legislation
For the definition of Queensland fisheries legislation in the Zoning Plan, the following laws of Queensland as in force from time to time are prescribed: (a) the Fisheries Act 1994; (b) the Fisheries Regulation; (c) a fishery management plan made under paragraph 32(1)(a) of the Fisheries Act 1994 of Queensland, to the extent that the plan applies in the Marine Park.
