21 Limited spearfishing
For the purposes of the definition of limited spearfishing in the Zoning Plan, the following limitations are prescribed: (a) a person must not have a loaded speargun in his or her possession out of the water; (b) a person must not engage in spearfishing in any part of the Marine Park where spearfishing is prohibited under Queensland fisheries legislation.
