#### 205A Use of computer programs to make decisions etc. (1) The Authority may arrange for the use, under the control of the Authority, of computer programs for any purposes for which the Authority is required or permitted to make a decision (however described), or give a notice, under Part 2A or Part 7. > Note: Exercising the power to waive a fee under Part 7 is an example of making a decision. (2) The Authority is taken to have made a decision, or given a notice, that was made or given by the operation of a computer program under an arrangement made under subregulation (1). (3) If the Authority is satisfied that a decision made, or notice given, by the operation of a computer program under an arrangement under subsection (1) is incorrect, the Authority may substitute for it another decision or notice.
